According to Wikipedia, Wampas are Yeti-like creatures that live on the sixth planet of the Hoth system. The Wampa appeared in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. Well, StarWarsChick created a Wampa costume for her pug and named it “Wampug.” Awesome.

This video is called “Walking in your mind” and it was created by Ithaca Audio. The mashup starts with music (and video) from Inception, then adds layers of music & video from other films and music videos.

The Problem:
Facebook doesn’t let you change business names if you reach 100 fans

The Solution:
ScalableSocialMedia.com discovered (see blog post) a way to change the name of your business on Facebook if you have more than 100 fans. It’s not a guarantee, it’s this Facebook name change request form. You submit the form and Facebook will get back to you… supposedly. I submitted a request a few minutes ago and will update this post when I hear back.

Confirmed!
5 hours after sending the new name request, Facebook changed the business name and sent the following email:

Hi Tony,

Your Page name change has been approved. Please note that this change is final and your Page’s name cannot be changed again. We apologize for any inconvenience. Enjoy the site!

Log into Facebook and click the above URL. That will take you directly to the moderation screen where you can see all blog comments. Moderate, edit, reply, boost or whatever you need to do.

To see the blog post where the comment was entered, click on the “moderator view” above the first comment. Then, you can click on the “Visit Website” link to go directly to the post. I find it’s helpful to read the post again before replying to a comment.

ESPN is reporting the San Francisco 49ers have signed Randy Moss to a 1 year contract. Obviously, Moss won’t last an entire season there. If we know anything about Moss and his history of destroying locker rooms, it’s the fact that he’s going to destroy the 49er locker room.

Plus, I don’t think Jim Harbaugh is the kind of coach who tolerates players taking plays off. And guess what Moss is also famous for? – and that was when he was in his twenties. Moss is 35 now!

I don’t gamble, but I’m interested in what Vegas has to say about the odds of Moss lasting the whole season. I’d put money on him being cut before week 9.
